Sequencing vs Marketing Emails

Hi everyone,

My company wants to use HubSpot to send marketing emails, and we have been doing so using the mass email functionalities with marketing emails. However, I like the Sequence processes a lot more and am more comfortable using those. My question is, is it possible to send Sequence emails via a connected company email domain rather than from a personal inbox?

No, that’s not possible. Sequence emails will always be sent via a connected inbox and not a connected email sending domain.

While you could theoretically create a user with an email address that is more generic (e.g. marketing@yourcompany.com), assign this user a paid sales seat and enroll users into sequences for this fake user, the emails would still be sent from a connected email inbox.
