So I have roughly 11k contacts to go through, out of those 11k I only need to send out emails to 1300 of them that are in my area of work. In hubspot I have found no way to filter my contacts in the sequences enroll contact stage that narrows them down. Is there a way to do that? Last time I did this it took me over 2 hours to do this process, not wanting to do that again…

Hi [@Mark\_Hotsy\_GB](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/595049),

There are properties for sequences which you can leverage here, specifically:

- _Now in sequence_ is equal to False
- _Last sequence enrolled date_ is unknown / _Last sequence enrolled date_ is more than X days ago

In combination with a filter for Contact owner is any of [you], you can find those contacts which have never been enrolled in a sequence or where this has been a certain time ago.

Let me know if you need help setting up these filters, happy to elaborate.

Best regards!

Where do I go to set it in the sequence to only see the ones I’m the contact owner of?

Hi [@Mark\_Hotsy\_GB](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/595049),

I understood that you want to see the contacts you are yet to enroll. If so, you could do so under Menu \> Contacts \> Contacts, set the filters as described in my previous reply and enroll the returned contacts. If you save your filters, the view would auto update and not display enrolled contacts.

Best regards

I think my issue that I’m having is that I lack permissions, cause what you described I dont have.

Hi [@Mark\_Hotsy\_GB](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/595049),

On Menu \> Contacts \> Contacts you’re not seeing an _Advanced filters_ option above the table?

Best regards
