Hi all.

I have sequences created which include a link out to a survey. I need the sequence to stop (unenroll) when someone completes the survey. Does anyone know of any tools that will help me do that? I was thinking Typeform, but I didn’t see a Zapier integration that would do what I need.

Any thoughts or ideas would be welcome.

Thanks!

Hi @DMPartners

Do you have Service Hub Pro or Enterprise? If so you can build a [Custom Survey](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/customer-feedback/create-a-custom-survey) in HubSpot.

Alternatively you could redirect the Contact – after they completed the survey in Typeform – to a Thank You Page.

You can then use the visit to the Thank You Page to trigger a Workflow (Marketing Pro or Enterprise) that can [Unenroll a Contact from a Sequence](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/sequences/enroll-and-unenroll-contacts-in-sequences-using-workflows#unenroll-contacts-from-sequences-using-workflows).

Have fun

Mike

Thank you! I don’t have Service Hub, but your workflow idea seems to be a great solution. Thanks for the reply!!
