The sequence unenrollment criteria is super outdated.
We really need a way to 1. NOT unenroll from sequence when customer replies and 2. Use other list filter criteria to unenroll from the sequence. This would reduce the amount of needless workflows set up to unenroll contacts from sequences.

It’s so limiting right now and results in confused customers when we continue to reach out after they pay/update credit cards. Also we don’t want to unenroll until they do pay/update credit cards

Sometimes the goal of the sequence isn’t to book a meeting, and yet that is the default success metric.

This is the entire issue with sequences. The inability to set up our own triggers for adding / removing from a sequence as well as no abillty to set a DELAY??? They have a great solution in Workflows, then bring none of the functionality to sequences.

Agreed - another major goal for us to get a form submission from a company. Unfortunately, I’m only able to unenroll the contact from the sequence if they are the one to submit the form. We just had a situation where someone else from the company submitted the form, and I’m unable to unenroll all company contacts from the sequence due to the current limitations with both sequence automation and workflows.
