I have a sequence with 6 steps.

The second step is a task to connect on LinkedIn. The sequence is set to paused until this task is completed.

But I cannot find any task assigned to me to click as “completed” and restart the sequence.

Hi @MFernandez7,

Have you checked the record of the contact for any open tasks? You can use the filtered activity timeline to look for tasks: [Filter activity index pages and record timelines](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/crm-setup/customize-activities-on-a-contact-company-deal-ticket-record-timeline)

If it’s not there, you could unenroll the contact from the sequence and then re-enroll them. When re-enrolling a contact directly from the sequence tool (Menu \> Automation \> Sequences), in the moment when you’re customizing the sequence, you can choose in the top left corner at which step the contact should re-enter:

Best regards!

Thank you for responding Karsten.

This sort of helps. I was able to find the tasks and clear them but it was not intuitive. I had to leave the sequence tab and go to the task tab. They should be integrated to minimize bouncing from screen to screen.
