Sequence enrollment should not force the enroller to become the sender

When a teammate creates or owns a sequence, another user should be able to enroll contacts into that sequence without automatically becoming the sender.

Right now, if I enroll contacts, the sequence sends from my email, even when the sequence is intended to belong to someone else. This is frustrating for shared sales workflows and creates confusion around ownership, sender identity, and follow-up responsibility.

Requested improvement:
Please add an option during manual enrollment to:

  • keep the original sequence sender,
  • send as a selected user, or
  • send as the contact owner
instead of defaulting to the person who enrolls the contact.

Hi @SIbrahim95,

The best place for these kinds of requests, monitored by the product team, is the ideas section of the community: Enroll contacts in a sequence

On the Sales and Service Hub Enterprise tier this is possible through workflows: Enroll contacts in a sequence

Best regards!
