When I create a new template or sequence my screen jumps making it very hard to do this task. Do you know why this is happening and how I can fix it

Have you tried using a different browser (Chrome preferrably)? This is definitely not expected behaviour.
If this issue persists in a different browser, could you make a video of the behaviour? Thank you!

this could be because of unstable internet
or needing to clear cache or update your browser.
Try to do this,
and if it persists, as Mia mentioned, you can make a recording and share it.
