Issue:
Users may need permission to view, create, and edit marketing emails and landing pages without having permission to delete them. However, in HubSpot, the Edit permission also includes the ability to delete these assets. As a result, granting users Edit access automatically gives them Delete access, which can lead to the accidental deletion of important emails or landing pages.
Recommendation:
Introduce a separate “Delete” permission toggle for marketing emails and landing pages instead of including Delete under the existing “Edit” permission. This would allow administrators to grant users View, Create, and Edit access while independently restricting their ability to delete important assets.
