I have the certification for the SEO course: Search Engine Optimization, but I can’t view the certificate. The course is complete, and when I select “View Certificate,” it never shows up. Can you help me or send it to my email address?

Because your course is marked as complete, your certificate should usually be available in HubSpot Academy under My learning > Certifications > Completed. Here is the article about it " View, share, or download Academy certificates ".
It seems that after clicking “View Certificate”, it doesn’t open it. Can you please try in an incognito window to see if that helps?
Also, can you please share what you see when you click on “View certificate”?
If the button “View certificate” greyed out? Do you have a blank page after clicking the button?
Or nothing happens?

I followed your instructions: I tried in incognito mode and also attempted to access from Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but unfortunately the problem persists. Answering your questions:
- The ‘View certificate’ button is not shaded (disabled).
- Nor does a blank page open.
- What happens is that, upon clicking, the system remains in a ‘processing’ (loading) state indefinitely. I left the window open for days to see if it would finish, but the execution never completes.
Attached is a screenshot showing the state in which the application gets stuck, so you can review it better. Could there be an error with my exam registration in the system? I look forward to your instructions.

Hi @Jazmintiburcio and thank you so much for getting back to me! Just a quick note, I’m not able to see the screenshot on my end.
Please note that the SEO course has been retired and depending on when you completed the course, we might not be able to issue the certificate.
Here are the new AEO courses: “AEO Fundamentals” and “SEO in the Age of AI Learning Path” for information.
Let me look into this internally, and I’ll follow up with you as soon as I have an update.

I wanted to clarify that the SEO course was sunset on June 23. This means that the course is no longer available for enrollment or completion. As a result, completing the SEO Certification Update: What’s Changing and What’s New course will not generate a certificate or count towards any certification requirements as it is just an FYI with the details about the course being retired and the new one being available. To receive the SEO certification, you would have needed to complete and pass the SEO exam before the June 23 deadline.
Unfortunately, since that certification is no longer available, we encourage you to explore the new AEO courses. These new courses are designed to provide you with the latest content and learning opportunities in the ever-evolving field of search engine optimization. They reflect current industry trends and best practices, ensuring that you have access to the most relevant and up-to-date information.
