Hi folks! Which tool do you recommend for sending WhatsApp messages through the HubSpot workflow? I need one that can have different inboxes for teams (sales, customer success, etc.). What do you recommend? ---

Hi @GoularteVieira, Have you already tested HubSpot’s native [WhatsApp integration](https://www.hubspot.com/products/whatsapp-integration)? It allows you to [send WhatsApp messages via workflows](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/customize-and-manage-whatsapp-message-templates#send-a-whatsapp-message-template-in-a-workflow) (with the help of templates) and you can also create [a filtered view for your WhatsApp messages](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/inbox/connect-whatsapp-to-the-conversations-inbox#create-a-whatsapp-view-in-your-conversations-inbox) in the HubSpot Conversations inbox. Hi @GoularteVieira, There are many solutions out there and they are very different in terms of their automation capabilities, pricing, creating different inbox views for different teams, their support and more. Have you already chosen a solution? If not, I could be of help if you answer a few questions (I work with WhatsApp for businesses a lot). 1. What automations exactly do you need? Sending 1 automated message or automating an entire WhatsApp communication like lead qualification, answering FAQs? What triggers do you need to start the automation? 2. What is your team size? I assume you use WhatsApp for sales, support and marketing. How big is each team? 3. What’s your budget? 4. What other needs do you have in WhatsApp in addition to automation? Have a great day!
