Hubspot has been intergrated with Whatsapp, which is a nice feature to have. Given that email is only communication tool to connect with new contact, initiate the conversation can only be done by email. Whatsapp has been the most popular tool to communicate with clients. I have some ideas to expand the scoop
1) Initiate the conversation using Whstapp
2) Customize the Whataspp templates with free text (now the varibales are deterimed by the properties)

It’d be ideal if we could manually pick templates and initiate conversations on the contact/company/deal views as you can with email and calls (the orange buttons).
The inbox is OK for managing inbound conversations but often we have a valid use case where our team follow up conversations or contact attempts with a WhatsApp template - we use third-party tools to do this today.
Edit: forgot to add, the ability to free type for variables would be amazing too!
Perfeito! Ao meu ver, para uso do Time de Vendas, iniciar uma conversa pelo WhatsApp é essencial. Poderia ser através dos botões laranjas no Dashboard do Contato, ou ter a opção “Para” na Caixa de Entrada, como tem para e-mail.
Fica outra necessidade: Envio em massa de mensagens de WhatsApp, útil para o Marketing fazer campanhas e capturar Leads/Prospectors. Existe essa possibilidade através de automação hoje, porém seria ideal, ao meu ver, uma opção “Campanhas”, como tem para Tráfego Pago.
