Sending In-app notifications to the users through API

As an integration developer, I have an requirement where I want to send a notification to the user through integration APIs.

I have seen many solutions where they have used workflows to achieve this.

But my question is do we have a way to do this from API level sending from integration side ?

Hey @johannes-m,

I don’t think you can do this with just the API, you would need to do this with a workflow for the time being. You could achieve this by posting to a webhook if you have HubSpot Operations Pro though.

Thank you for responding ! Using webooks, we can post to integrations when an event occured in Hubspot. But how it can be used to send an in-app notification to Hubspot from integrations ? Can you elaborate it a little bit.
