Sending emails to clients in deals

Hi All

I want to know if it is possible to send emails (in bulk) to those clients that are currently sitting in our deals pipeline.

I know how to send emails to contacts but want to be able to send to those in deals too - seems weird this isn’t available.

It is, through deal-based workflows and automated emails: Send automated emails in workflows

Regular bulk email sends don’t work because HubSpot doesn’t “know” which out of potentially many deals the emails should be personalized for. Deal token personalization only works through deal based workflows.

If you’re not using any deal personalization tokens, you could also simply create a contact segment, filter for contacts associated to deals (add filter, then change dropdown from contact to deals, then filter for deal stage).
