Im sending prospects emails directly from the deals page, however, they are not reciving them, i have added myself as a contact and sent myself emails, still nothing comes through, the emails send through the marketing portal are beeing sent, am i missing something?

Have you checked spam and quarantine folders? HubSpot sales email tracking can cause this.
You could test sending emails with tracking turned off: Turn off one-to-one email tracking or attachment logging

Still not working
No one is reciving emails send directly. we have turn off all tracking, still no diffrence, send emails for out old crm sytem, Zoho, and my clinets get the emails.
This have been a problem for over a week, to me honest, i think the sales backup and service is no what we expected.
