Hi,
I have a conference coming up and would like to book meetings for my colleagues attending.
The idea is to send emails and monitor from my managers email address. and respond as if he is responding. What is the easiest way to do this?

Hi @DMandalia,
HubSpot does not have any default tools for sales activities on behalf of other users. (The only exception would be enrollment into sequences via workflows in Sales and Service Hub Enterprise and connecting a personal email address as a shared channel within the conversations inbox.)
If you want to ‘impersonate’ / act on behalf of another user, you would have to have actual access to their HubSpot credentials and log in as that user or have access to their email inbox / calendar.
Keep in mind that other users can create meeting links and you could simply share those meeting links with conference contacts: Create scheduling pages with the meetings tool
Best regards!
Hi Karsten,
Is it possible to add an email alias and have an extra inbox on my HubSpot?
This way the emails go out and I can monitor these and respond accordingly.
@DMandalia in addition to @karstenkoehler’s advice, I’ll throw out there that you could add your manager’s email as a Conversations Inbox, which you could then email from. Thjis would give you access to all of their emails though, as they would all come into the HubSpot inbox. So that would be up to your manager to approve.
Hi @danmoyle,
I tried this but the sequence emails wouldnt go out of my managers hubspot while his email address is connected to the conversations inbox.
@DMandalia yes that’s true I apologize. If an email is connected to a HubSpot Conversations inbox, that email won’t be accessible in the Sequences tool. You can email one email at a time, but it won’t be in the Sequences.
