After I get off the phone with a client if they give me their e-mail I send them information about our conversation. I generally only send out one at a time with the “send to more” selection. Then I select one contact and hit send. Today of the 5 I tried to send out, 3 failed. I get the message;
Send to more
Sending email to more recipients failed
There is no reason given and I am nowhere near my limit. How can I find out why I am getting this message?
If you can confirm the email addresses are accurate and valid AND the new contacts are set as marketing contacts, here are the reasons defined on the knowledge base article as to why it wouldn’t send.
Please note:
Your email won’t be delivered to any contacts who previously received the original email.
If you added any exclusion lists in the original email, they will not be considered when resending the email, so if you want to exclude sending to the same lists, you’ll need to reselect them. Any individually selected contacts who you excluded when you previously sent the email will be excluded automatically.
You can only use the Send to more feature up to 100 times for a single email.
