We are a SaaS company and we are tracking the utilized seats in HubSpot. We want HubSpot to send out pdf invoices based on the number of seat as email attachment on a monthly or yearly basis, depending on the customer’s preference. We are open to any suggestion, add-on, etc. We certainly do not want to reinvent the wheel, so we would appreciate if you could share best practices.
