Send only 1 email for multiple Deals

Hello,

I built a Workflow that sends an Email to Users with all their open deals listed in the email.
In theory this works completely fine: Email gets send to a contact and all deals are listed in the email.
Only (but major) issue is that for each Deal that is associated to the same contact the email will be send to this contact.
So lets say a contact has 3 Deals associated to them, then they will receive the same email 3 times listing all their open deals.

I tried to do it with a contact based workflow but then hubspot tells me I can’t send the email because it includes deal based tokens…
Is there any way of just sending 1 email if a deal is associated to the same contact?
Thank you for help.
Additional info, those contacts don’t work with hubspot and we have to notify them somehow and show them their open opportunities.
