Send notification of a successful Deal

Not sure how to word this but will try

I am notified by our Sister Company of machines that have been sold to end customers. I am now adding those to Hubspot as Deals, adding the Sales Person as Owner. The problem is and it is annoying that the Sales Team tend to turn off their notifications. I put them back on, and then they turn them off.

Is there another way of me sending push notifications or some other means to say this machine has been sold on XXXXX to A N Customer.
I have asked our IT department to link Hubspot to Outlook and posibly do it that way or, maybe link the WhatsApp service to Hubspot and do it that way, Just wondered if there was a best practice

Yes they do it’s frustrating. I am looking at the Outlook integration so that a notification can be sent that way
Along the lines, if it is possible to link to Outlook and send an email from the respective record to notify the Territory Manager this machine has been sold to this person. It’s then up to them if they want to do a follow up call on the sale

when you reach the Closed won stage in the Pipeline

you can setup different type of notifications

incuding an internal email

Have you tried that already?
