Sending emails to contacts corresponding to employees works the same ways as external emails:

  1. Create a list of employees: Create segments
  2. Make sure that all requirements are met
    1. Marketing contact status: Set contacts as marketing
    2. Subscription opt-in: Manage your contacts' messaging subscriptions
  3. Create and send email: Create and send marketing emails

If there’s anything specific that’s not working, please share more details about what that is exactly. Screenshots will help.

@RMckinlay3 this is a user to user community - can you please explain in more detail what is not working and share screenshots? If an email was sent but not delivered, please open it and check the Recipients tab, then the Not sent section in the left sidebar. What are you seeing here?
