It would be great if we were able to dynamically update the ‘from name’ and ‘from address’ in a survey email with the recipient’s owner in HubSot, like you can with the email tool. At the moment, HubSpot asks you to choose a specific sender name and address, but we are unable to dynamically updte this with the contact owner’s name and email address. This would be good to add an element of personalisation to the surveys and incease our open and completion rates.
This should be a core feature. Most of our customers, and I am sure it is the same for other businesses, are used to dealing with specific people at our company. Sending them a survey from a “generic” contact is a sure way to get ignored.
