Send contact owners list of contacts that clicked in email

Hi All,

Contrarty to what my profile suggest, I’m actually quite an experienced HubSpot user.
Although this challenge has got me puzzled and I’m not sure it’s even possible…
Here goes!

We send out at least one email every week. Let’s say 5.000 people open the email and 500 people click on a link. After 2 days, I manually create a list of all the contacts that clicked and send that list to the contact owners. They then have to filter on their own contacts and can call them up.
I want to automise all of the above, if possible so I don’t have to manually do anything anymore. I want to just send out the email and have the list automatically created and send that list link (or name) with an internal email to my contact owners.

Does anyone have an idea of how this can be done?

Have you tried building a contact report with filters like ‘last email clicked date’ is ‘this week’, and ‘contact owner’ is ‘me’?

This should then display relevant contacts for the user viewing the report and you should, if I am right, be able to have the dashboard that this report is on sent to your users weekly.
