I’d like to send automated emails based on CSAT responses.

CSAT (customer satisfaction survey)

There is a “Last NPS Survey Comment” property which is populated when an NPS survey is submitted but unfortunately a similar property does not populate for the CSAT type of surveys.

Critical. Need CSAT Comment field for a variety of use cases. Comment field for NPS, need one for CSAT as well.
