Currently, it is only possible to send a Whatsapp template via automation. Marketing benefits from this.

Absolutely crucial. At the moment is only possible to send a template via workflows or from the contact’s inbox. Unfortunately, though, that only works if a whatsapp conversation is already in progress.
A sales rep must be able to send a one-2-one whatsapp template in order to nurture their contacts, without having to rely on workflows (which they could not even be able to access, for security reasons)
