# Send a specific response according to a form's answer

Hello!

Say, I sell service X, Y and Z. The potential client completed a form and marked service X in the drop off menu. Could hubspot send an automated email according to the clients answer to said drop off menu? (A different mail for each service)

Hi @NicoleStankov,

Yes, this would be done with workflows and automated emails, available in Marketing Hub Professional: [Send automated emails in workflows](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/marketing-email/create-automated-emails-to-use-in-workflows)

You would enroll contacts based on the form submission, branch on the field that stores X Y Z and set up an email in each branch.
