To send the email, the customer must be in marketing contact?

Thank you for answer me.

I am referring to the fact that if I want to notify a customer to whom I have sent an quote, with the quote expiring in 7 days, that customer must be registered as a marketing contact. I don’t want to send them an email that I would track for their actions; I just want to notify them without being limited to putting them in the marketing contact list.

Thanks for the additional context!

Have you considered sending a 1:1 email through HubSpot to your contacts? The 1:1 email won’t count towards your marketing email contact limit, and you could use email templates to save some time from writing a repetitive email to your contacts.

You could create a generic quote expiration email template with personalization tokens such as first name, company name, and other pertinent business info. After the template is ready you can send the template to each of your contacts who have an upcoming quote expiration date through HubSpot or the Sales Extension.
