Choosing the option for the senders meeting link in a sequence is great. I would love the same option for automated marketing emails as well. Right now it only allows you to select a specific meeting link through a CTA button.
Thanks for the idea @Jason3, this is definitey something we can improve. Looping in my colleague @katie, this is something we’ve discussed in the past. I’m not sure yet exactly when it might be released, but as we know more we’ll keep you posted.
Would love to see this option added! I am setting up automated emails from each of the sales team members and want to add their meeting links. So it looks like I will need to create 10 custom CTA buttons with links to their calemdars. Instead of just one email with a personalization token of owner meeting link. If we can pull in owner name and owner email, why not their meeting link?

Looking for the ability to insert a meeting link into a team template so the rep doesn’t have to manually enter their meeting link each time.

Hi everyone! My name is Hallie, and I’m a Program Manager on the CXM Team. I connected with our product team, and they confirmed that this isn’t on the roadmap at this time, so I’m going to mark it as ‘Idea Submitted’ for the time being. With that said, there are a couple other options available:
- There are default Meetings link tokens for "Contact Owner,’ ‘Secondary Owner,’ and any custom User property that you have in your account.
- If you’re looking to choose a single static link that matches the From Address, the best way to do so at this time is to add a Button > Link to Meetings link & select that sender’s meeting link. There’s no default ‘Sender’ token at this time, but this option will allow you to achieve the goal of linking to the sender’s meeting link.
