Hi there 🙂 My name is Hallie, and I’m a Program Manager on our CXM team. **There is now a public beta for selecting multiple users in a custom user property!** This is only available for custom user properties, and does not affect default user properties. There’s more information on this here, so please take a look and continue to leave any feedback as you use the beta. Hope this helps!
