Hi team! I worked with a customer today who has different ticket types (HR tickets, support tickets etc). They would like to be able to select certain properties (relevant to the ticket type) to be displayed when they create a ticket record. While we can categorize tickets according to pipelines, it seems like the ‘create a ticket’ form is ‘universal’ in the properties we can display, regardless of which pipeline the ticket is in. ---

Yes, us too! It would be great if all the “Create” forms for the default properties (i.e. Deals, Company, Contact, Ticket), could be more like the custom forms under Lead Capture, you can create. Including features like, dependent fields, fields specific to pipelines or types, required fields specific to pipelines or types, etc. Please build this functionality 🙏🏼 ---

This would be a huge benefit for custom objects as well - as a workaround we’re using dependent fields based on pipeline, but this essentially means we can’t have any true dependent fields, since you can’t have a dependent-dependent field.
