# Segments taking longer to process?

Is it just me? Or are segments taking longer to process than lists were before Inbound?  
Hubspot always seemed to do a decent job processing lists quickly, but now it’s more common place to have multiple minute delays before I get the processed list.

Hi @boostmyemail,

I’m not noticing a difference - and also wouldn’t expect any as the underlying product hasn’t changed, just the name.

Some days HubSpot is fast, on others a bit slower, particularly when large numbers of records are being processed or if you’re in a portal with many assets.

If you’re experiencing ongoing bad performance, I’d recommend reaching out to HubSpot support directly.

Mmk. I built a segment today and it’s going on 15 minutes of processing. I’ve never had something, even complicated, take that long to sort itself out.

It is not just you. It seems all the new updates were done without the end user in mind. Flashy but not functional.
