Segmenting Leads/Contact Form Completions Based On Which Pages They Were Sent From

My real estate website has multiple contact forms and each agent listed on the site has their own contact form that leads can fill out and send. I am using non-hubspot forms, free hubspot tools, and sending forms through Contact Form 7 on a wordpress site. (Would I just have to uniquely name each of the on CF7?)
I am wondering if there is any way to automatically uniquely identify in hubspot where these forms are coming from and additionally how i can segment these into unique lists based on which page they were sent from. (Would I just have to uniquely name each of the on CF7?)
Currently when I go to create a segmented list of contact form fills, I am only given the option of creating the segment for “contact form has been filled out from” and then “any page” ( see attached pic)

If i could select the specific pages to segment the data that would be ideal. Thanks in advance!

Hi @SamShoemaker,

This feature only works for native HubSpot forms unfortunately. Creating distinctly named forms would be one option indeed. You should then be able to reference these forms as individual assets. Another option would be switching to HubSpot forms for a deeper integration.

I found a related topic where HubSpot was picking up all CF7 forms as one, you might find this helpful in the process.

Best regards!

Hi @SamShoemaker ,
Unfortunately you can get all te matrices like submission by source, conversion pages for HubSpt form but not for non-hubspot forms. I guess you have to uniquely name each of the on CF7.
The list will show you the foms name ifyou have invidiual froms on the pages. check SS (sorry for the messed up screen shot: Screenshot by Lightshot

Hope this helps!
