Segment.com and UTM parameters

I’m having trouble passing UTM parameters from Segment to Hubspot via integration. Right now when a person signs up we send their info to Segment, which includes UTM parameters. However, with the Segment <> Hubspot integration, I can’t seem to figure out how to pass that info to Hubspot. Any suggestions?

I’m not too familiar with this integration since it’s supported and built by Segment. However, I wanted to share some documentation from Segment on how to make HubSpot a destination for customer data:

  1. Set up HubSpot as a destination to receive data from Segment
  2. How to Track Customers Across Channels and Devices

I recommend starting with that and connecting with Segment’s support team if you need additional assistance in working with that as that is their integration.
