While AI is a great assistant that can help you create descriptions to explain a workflow or generate a report (read more about the new HubSpot AI features here), its capability to make decisions and execute (automated) actions is still limited and you’d need to rely on available workflow actions for now.
We’d also recommend carefully reviewing all AI-generated content before you share it publicly.
