We are seeking a highly selective profile — a HubSpot Certified Trainer who is also an experienced and proven top-tier public speaker and workshop facilitator — for a short professional engagement in the Bahamas.
The Opportunity
A 2–3 day engagement in the Bahamas. All travel and hotel expenses covered, plus your professional speaking fee. You will be fully included in evening dinners and activities. Sessions take place over two mornings (approximately 9 AM–1 PM) on September 1st & 2nd, 2026.
Scope of Work
Deliver four engaging 45–60 minute sessions (two per day) for a team of approximately 30 relatively new HubSpot users who have been progressing through onboarding for several months.
The objective is motivation and excitement: help the team understand the real value of HubSpot CRM (with primary emphasis on the CRM and Marketing Hub and the broader platform) so they want to engage and use the system. This is not formal training or certification instruction.
You will use your own laptop, slides, and materials to deliver live product demonstrations, facilitate Q&A, and maintain high energy. We will collaborate with you in advance to design the four session modules covering different elements of the platform.
Ideal Candidate
This opportunity is intentionally reserved for a rare combination of deep HubSpot expertise and exceptional presentation ability. We anticipate broad interest, but we are only advancing candidates who meet all of the following:
• Current HubSpot Certified Trainer status with strong, current knowledge of Marketing Hub and the overall CRM platform
• Proven track record as an outstanding public speaker and workshop facilitator
• Specific prior experience delivering motivational, demo-driven presentations (non-training format) that inspire professional teams
