I’m receiving tasks in HubSpot that include an empty follow-up link. Even after I delete them, they keep reappearing. I’ve checked my workflows and integrations but haven’t been able to identify where these tasks are coming from.
Can you please help me trace the source and stop these tasks from being created?
I’d start by checking my workflows, make sure they’re not being auto created by a workflow without sufficient contact or date. Also, do you have any 3rd party integrations or API-sync with another system. Check your form submissions too, see if they have any create follow up task steps.
Hey, @bkumar42 I’m curious about something. Can you assign one of these tasks to a contact? I ask because from an Object record, we can access a history tab. And in that tab we might be able to see the source of the rouge task creation.
