Seeing impossible open and click rate percentages

Hello,

When looking in the Marketing Email dashboard in our Hubspot, I am seeing imposible percentages for open rate and click rate, and am wondering if there is an explanation for it.

Some of them are even into the thousands. Is this a bug?

Just joking, this looks like a bug. Since you’re on an Enterprise subscription, I’d recommend flagging this with HubSpot support directly, in-app, via chat or email.

Thanks Karsten, I’ve reached out to Hubspot support directly. Although I would love to be able to claim some of these numbers!
