We need this too, because we have HubSpot sales hub, not enterprise, as we’re only a small company and have less than 30 users. Therefore we do not have nuanced access to reports, and have had to only allow access to managers. Otherwise all our sales reps would get access to high level company-wide financial information.
So, because all our sales reps don’t have access to reports, I need to save my own time (hours every month) by automating the sending of a dashboard for each rep each month. We recently paid to increase the number of reports, yet I find again another roadblock preventing smooth and quick time-saving actions.
It is going to be useless without the tables of data, because what it contains is things like count of contacts and count of deals missing this or that (problems they need to action). Because they can’t click and go into the dynamic data (as no access to reports) the only option for me is to manually output each table/data and email it to them one by one. HubSpot is supposed to make automation and time-saving king. This is stopping that.
It looks like my only option is going to be setting up all these Google Worksheet workflows for what should be just a simple thing HubSpot itself can do. Please implement this ASAP. It’s our data. We should be able to transform and output it however our business needs require.
