What is the best way to send to a seed list or an executive leadership list who may also be in any lists we include in our “don’t send to list” because they are part of a donor list we want to make sure we don’t send to? However, as an executive team, they naturally want to receive these emails to be aware of emails going out.

There aren’t any default features for this - you would have to:
- Create this seed list in the segments tool
- Instruct all users to always include it in the “Send to” section - potentially enforce this through email approvals: Approve HubSpot content
- Make sure that “Don’t send to” segments exclude the seed list

Thank you for sharing this, however, we don’t need their approval. They just want to receive the actual email. They also don’t have Hubspot access. However, there is one caveat in that we also exclude all emails that have our email domain and those people would have the email domain. Is there a way to include them in the send-to list but bypass the “don’t send to” list without having to manually add them in each time? Essentially would like to include them in all of our segments.
@KBrackman0 I was not suggesting that leadership approve the email - I was suggesting that a HubSpot makes sure, during approval, that the segment is included.

No, please see my previous reply. You would have to add these to each send and make sure they’re not in the “Don’t send” section. “Don’t send to” will always override recipients.
