Be able to create reports that show all users with 2+ closed won deals (i.e. repeat customers).
my bosses are looking to get a solution for repeative calls from their clients and add response for multiple team members in hubspot and in the end find it inside reports too. Repeat clients are not possible till now and we are facing problems.
Ill be glad to see the option or any choice that can help us have repeative clients all the way from contacts till reports.
This is an idea that I relly think should get more upvotes! With the goal of nurturing long term relatonships and repeat customers I think this is a very importans feature.
Yes - I’d really like to be able to see how many customers buy a second product from us. Investors requesting this info too.
This is a must! I am trying to work out my retention rate of the number of repeat customers that are assossicaed with 2 or more “won” deals. However currnetly this is not an option to select number of contacts that are associated with a partical number of “won” deals. This feature is pretty stardard selecton in previous CRMS that i have used, so would be great is Hubspot could implement this feature.
