Secondary email addresses NOT searchable

I needed to research an issue and tried to search for a contact record by an email address. Contact records had been merged (I think) and the email address was secondary on the contact record. The search yielded nothing. Apparently only the primary email address on a contact record is seachable. That is something that I recommend as a product suggestion…to make ALL email addresses searchable.

That’s a great product suggestion! Currently, HubSpot only allows searching by primary email address, which can lead to limitations in finding contact records. Making all email addresses searchable would enhance search functionality and improve user experience. You can submit this idea to HubSpot’s Ideas Forum, where users can vote on and provide feedback on feature requests

Hey, @SGagliano7 :raising_hands: The suggestion @Humashankar gave is likely the best one. There is an endpoint for this, but it’s in a “non-stable release” state, so I would caution against using it in production — Get the secondary email addresses for a contact. — Jaycee
