Hi,

During testing search tickets I noticed that after creating new ticket few seconds are needed until that ticket is returned in /tickets/search response.

Is this expected behaviour for other /search endpoints (for other Objects)? What caused it? Does delay have fixed or maximum value?
Thanks for answering,

Danijel

Hello [@DZdravković](https://community.hubspot.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/530534) yes you are correct it is expected behavior for the /tickets/search endpoint to take a few seconds to return a new ticket in the response. This is because the HubSpot search engine needs to index the new ticket before it can be returned in search results. This can take a few seconds, depending on the size of the ticket and the number of other tickets that are being indexed at the same time.

The delay is not fixed, and it can vary depending on the load on the HubSpot search engine. However, the maximum delay is typically around 15 seconds.
