Hello,
For really important properties like “PO#” you can copy that field into a task via workflow. You are then easily able to pull reporting, will show up in the global search bar under “activities”, etc.
If you give me examples of what properties you want to search for, I may be able to give you some more ideas.
IE: contact property x, contact property y, company property z. etc.
