We’ve come across this limitation as well. I certainly agree that it would be helpful to search within the content of various properties.
This is available on Enterprise plans. You can create 3 searchable properties for each object type. I understand this isn’t the best solution if that’s the only Enterprise feature you need as it wouldn’t justify the increased investment.
Some of the workarounds we’ve used are incorporating important searchable elements into the properties that are already searchable. For example, some of our clients aren’t integrating their ERP system with HubSpot yet so they add the ERP job number to a deal title in HubSpot to find and reference it via search. Not perfect, but it works in some scenarios.
