Thanks for the quick response, Jessica. Yes, I can use filters to search specific fields (properties). That is the work around. It’s something, but it is still limited because 1. It takes longer (might be on phone with customer and trying to look up their system quickly) 2. You can only select contains “exactly” so it isn’t super effective (so searching notes properties for key words won’t work) 3. only searches one property at a time.
