When I search a contact name in the search bar, that does not bring any contact details. That brings other properties such as company name, deal but not contact info. I have to enter into other properties in order to reach contact details.

Could you specify what you’re referring to? When I type in a name in the search bar, search results show up fine:
If you want to see more information on this results page, that is currently not possible. You have to click through to the contact record. On the record, you can customize the left sidebar for easy access to much used properties: Customize records
You can submit a request to the product team, if you want to see more information right away in the search. I’d recommend posting this in the HubSpot Ideas section: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Ideas/ct-p/ideas

Thank you Karsten. Here are the details. Monosnap ; as you might seen until now, when we search a contact name in the search bar, we could be able to see the whole details of this contact. Now contact info does not appear.

Yes, the search is not always reliable. I’d recommend submitting a request to improve this in the HubSpot Ideas section of the community. These requests are monitored by the product team.
If you have a paid subscription, you can also reach out to HubSpot technical support via the purple in-app help widget.
I’m not aware of any fixes, unfortunately.
