I am trying to have contacts select a Zoom Webinar date/time that works for them as part of an email campaign. We will have several lists we will be sending these email campaigns out to, with specific date and time options for clinics and cafes we are hosting for each of these lists. I have heard the best way is to create a form to have contacts select the date/time options and then create a workflow to actually add them to the Zoom webinar.
However, I am having trouble even getting started… For instance, I am not sure what property type I need to use in the forms. When selecting the date option, it has the contact write in their own date, but I cannot figure out how to get any answers besides yes or no on a single checkbox question either… Could someone please give me some step-by-step instructions for accomplishing this?

The type of the property (field) you would create for your form is a dropdown select property. In this dropdown select, you would create an option for each webinar date.
Alternatively, if you want contacts to be able to select multiple webinars in one go, you would select multiple checkboxes.
In both cases, contacts won’t have a calendar view to select dates from and you’ll have to type out the date within each dropdown or checkbox option.
Once you have this property in your form, you can create one workflow each for each dropdown / checkbox option, e.g. let’s assume a webinar date Oct 31st.
Your workflow would enroll contacts when “Webinar selected is any of Oct 31st”. As the main action of the workflow, you would add that contact to the Zoom webinar and then send them a confirmation email. Hello! Thank you so much for your response! After looking into it further, it seems that Zoom Meetings would be better suited to our needs, as opposed to Webinars. Is there any way to do this with Meetings instead?

As far as I know there isn’t. Zoom meetings integrate with the meeting tool but I’m not aware of any capabilities to connect Zoom meetings for managing events.
