I am looking to have a scheduling form with a detailed form for people to fill out.
This will live on a page specifically about booking a meeting, so I don’t want to go form first then scheduling page which I have found the ability to create. I also believe this way will be more engaging for users.
Adding the fields to the scheduling page is an option, but I am unable to change the field labels and it gets quite long and messy.
I am happy for it to be a 2 step process.

In order to do this, try these steps:
1. Include all the fields you want, using clear and simple labels to keep it easy to fill out.
2. Place this form on the page dedicated to booking meetings. This way, users complete the form first, which feels more engaging.
3. In the form settings, choose the option to redirect users to your HubSpot scheduling page after they submit the form. This creates a smooth flow from filling out the form to booking a time.

The page this will be on, is specifically about booking a session with the team, so I feel the scheduling part needs to go first. Happy to have the name, phone, email in the first instance, but the rest of the form will need to be post setting the meeting.
