How do we go about editing the scheduled reminder emails within the contact record meeting tool. Also is there a way to do a mass edit on users meeting scheduler links for the automated email reminders? The only way I have been able to find to edit a meeting reminder is in the scheduler link, this does not help when we need to manually enter a meeting.

As far as I know there is no other way to edit the default meeting reminders apart from the one you mentioned (in the scheduling link).
However, depending on what you are trying to achieve custom reminders/emails send out by workflows might be an alternative for you. If I remember correctly, that was the way to go before HubSpot introduced the reminder functionality.

The ability to send a reminder SMS is VITAL. The fact that Hubspot does not already have this in place is mind-blowing. If we weren’t already in a contract, we would move our business to GHL, which is much more user-friendly.
