I have scheduled emails for contacts. When I try deleting these emails. I receive a message " failed to cancel scheduled email" I’ve never had this issue before. Does anyone know of a solution?
Answered my own question. For some reason the email address associated with the send became inactivated. I just reactivated the email address which solved the issue.

I just had the same issue. I have an email scheduled to go out in an hr but can’t delete it. I just sent one to the same person and it didn’t bounce & I didn’t see that he opted out…
