To send emails from Inbox in HubSpot, you ahve to create an Inbox and add the various channels to it: Email/form/chat etc
If you want to send one-to-one emails to your contacts, then first connect your email address to HubSpot.
Then click on the contact name and send email from it’s activity board:
Contact > click the name of the contact > click Email tab
